RETURNS

Merchandise is happily accepted as a return when it:

  • Is returned in original packaging
  • Is returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Includes a copy of the original receipt

No refunds are made on special orders without authorization.

No refunds are made on partial packages.

All returns have a restocking charge of 10% of merchandise value if returned for any reason other than error by Altamont Beads and Treasures employees.

PAYMENT METHODS

Domestic Mail Order Payment – We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and C.O.D. (Fee applied on C.O.D.)

International Mail Order Payment – Payment by wire transfer is required.

Returned checks – There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks.

INSURANCE AND SHIPPING

Shipping – We ship by Priority Mail unless you request a different carrier, i.e. UPS or Federal Express. Orders are shipped in the order that they are received. PLEASE NOTE that prices listed here DO NOT include shipping or CA sales tax. U.S. shipping will be a minimum of $4.95; more if your merchandise requires a larger shipping envelope than the Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope. Orders placed through PayPal will receive an e-mail invoice for shipping and sales tax if applicable after the order is processed. Please pay the shipping invoice to receive your order.

Insurance – We do not require that you have your package insured, however, if your package is lost or damaged during transit we are not responsible for covering the cost of the loss or damage. The US Post Office offers insurance for an extra cost. UPS will automatically insure up to $100.00, with an additional fee to cover insurance on packages above $100.00 in value.
